Artist's Description
This photograph was taken from my driveway and was not photoshopped. The white deer were introduced in my area by Randolf Hearst as a gift to the owner Sea Biscuit, the race horse. The white deer got loose many decades ago and continue to roam the coastal hills of Mendocino county.
Whenever I have the good fortune to see the white deer, I consider it a good omen.
About JoAnn SkyWatcher
My core spiritual belief is that God/Goddess/Spirit is all there is. This gallery is a portal allowing whomever looks at my images to receive a spiritual transmission. It is my intent for you to feel better during and after looking at my images. Besides my passion for showing spirit visually, I am a spiritual coach, with most of my healing work done via phone. I retired from teaching high school art in 2006. From 2001 to 2006, I posted some of my students art on Artsonia.com. It was my goal to make my students art available for friends and family to see. Angelique, I try to have my camera always ready~battery charged and enough memory to take some pics. I also try to remember to take it with me where ever I go. This one was taken after coming home from a trip and driving up our driveway. I only had time for one shot as they were running away.
